I know some people wouldn't be arsed with this but if people interested would please make themselves known we can look into getting one made. We could even have a section on this site showing where the flag has been. 11 Oct 2005: For all those that missed Thompie on tv last week I have edited the file and brought you the highlights... enjoy! 01 Oct 2005: Watch your tv on Wednesday 5th Oct, our beloved groundsman will be making a star appearance on Season Ticket which will be shown on BBC2 ni at 10.00pm Newsflash! - Thompie is organising a formal dinner raising funds for our last seasons charity - Spencer Dayman Meningitis UK. The dinner takes place at Clandeboye Lodge on Saturday 1st October at 7.30pm, tickets are priced at £25 and that includes a 2 course meal and entertainment. To make this venture a profitable one Gary needs more people to attend and would be grateful to anyone who wouldn't mind giving up some of their time and money towards a very worthwhile cause. If you sign up to the detailed bookies we get around £10 once you lodge £10 which will all go to charity. 04 July 2005: Our new Lookalikes page has been setup, anyone who has any other twins can they please email me their pictures. 04 July 2005: Fealty's has been confirmed for our auction on 6th August, the night will start around 6.30pm beginning with an AGM, Rule changes, then onto the 2 league auctions. A buffet will be served at a cost of £5 per person, drinks during and afterwards will be freely available. 18 June 2005: We have renewed our 2 year lease with our web hosts which cost £60. I have incorporated this in next years monies but am hoping that the site can start making some money of it's own. I have added a few sites on our shopping page which if people use will raise a decent amount of money for BFL. Sign into the lobby to view the 2 leagues. 16 May 2005: The season finishes on a high for some managers while others start planning next season already! Well done to all the League winners - Wintz, Thompie and Martin, also to Donny for keeping some silverware at Legend Towers by winning the FA Cup. The Hall of Fame has been updated 16 May 2005: Next season's auction will take place on Saturday 6th August around 4>5pm in a Bangor bar. Plans are to hire a room and have our AGM beforehand, then an auction followed by a meal then some beers. This is our first ever attempt at running a fundraising event and deserves everyones support. We are raising funds for Meningitis Research and hopefully alot of money will be raised on the night. We are selling ballots on the night but also hope to sell plenty before the event also.
