Fine's
- If you bid money for a player and do not take that player you are
fined your winning bid.
- If you bid for a player and get him on a free and don't take him you
are fined 0.5 million per player.
- If you have no money and bid for a player that ends up yours and
you don't bring him into your squad inside the 7 day rule you lose 10
points. (this rule was voted on and passed - 30/10/02)
